The Group Leader Agreement

What we provide

Baja Bound Ministries and its Mexico partner, Rumbo Al Valle de la Libertad, provide construction materials, equipment, a concrete slab, and every element of a complete 16×20 foot house with loft and electrical wiring; an experienced staff for logistics, coordination, leadership, and interpreting; and lodging — 4–6 adults or 8–14 students per private room, with exclusive use of a complete house for your group.

Costs & what you provide

$8,950 for the house and $87 per person, per night (food, lodging, staffing), minimum 15 paid adults. Your group provides all group transportation costs including gas and insurance, and a servant-hearted willingness to follow the direction of Baja Bound staff and Rumbo Al Valle de la Libertad.

Payments & rescheduling

$300 non-refundable lodging reservation due immediately; $1,000 non-refundable foundation deposit 45 days before; house total 30 days before; balance and final headcount 14 days before (late add-ons require written approval). With 30 days notice you may reschedule within 6 months; no reimbursements.

SPECIFIC COSTS*
SPECIFIC COSTS $8,950 for a lofted house, or $8500 for an unlofted house. $87 per person/per night (food, lodging, staffing) with a minimum of 2 nights and 15 paid adults .
WHAT WE PROVIDE*
1. Construction materials, equipment, a concrete slab, and every other needed element to build a complete 16 by 20 foot house with a loft and electrical wiring. 2. An experienced staff that will provide logistics, set-up, coordination, servant-hearted leadership, guidance, and interpreters. 3. Lodging consists of 4-6 adults per private room or 8-14 students (22 years and younger) per private room and shared bathroom. Your group will have exclusive use of a complete house(s). Separate private VIP beach houses may be available for extra charge upon request.
WHAT YOU PROVIDE*
1. All group transportation costs including gas and insurance. 2. A servant-hearted attitude and willingness to work, follow the direction of staff and leaders of Baja Bound Ministries and its Mexico colleague, Rumbo Al Valle de la Libertad

Creative programming for children, feeding programs and orphanage service projects upon request. Other custom designed projects at your request.
PAYMENT DETAILS AND DEADLINES*
1. A non-refundable lodging reservation of $300 due immediately to secure beach house reservation. 2. A non-refundable $1,000 foundation deposit is due 45 days before trip begins. 3. Total cost of House(s) is due 30 days before trip begins 4. Balance of invoice and final headcount is due 14 days before trip begins. Late add-ons require written approval of Baja Bound. 5. I understand I am responsible to complete online final details form, sent to me no later than two weeks before my project begins. 6. Payments can be made: Online OR Mailed to PO Box 210411 Chula Vista, CA 91921. Checks can be made out to Baja Bound Ministries
In the case your confirmed dates no longer work, with a minimum of 30 days notice, you are able to reschedule your build within 6 months of your original build date. However, no reimbursements will be provided, and if your build is not rescheduled, the funds will be transferred to our general needs fund.*
