Wednesday, January 15 - Arrive to Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas

Sleep in Tuxtla Gutiérrez - Historic Chiapa de Corzo

Thursday, January 16 

Sumidero Canyon River Cruise - Explore this incredible canyon in a boat while encountering monkeys, crocodiles, and amazing jungles views

Lunch and tour at Casa Hogar Alegre Children's home 

Free time at hotel pool and exploring historic Chiapa de Corzo

Fiesta dinner featuring cultural dancers 

Sleep in Tuxtla Gutiérrez - Historic Chiapa de Corzo

Friday, January 17

Travel to the coffee region, hike coffee fields, and learn the process of farming coffee

Lunch hosted by coffee farming family 

Dinner with posh tasting in San Cristobal de las Casas

Saturday, January 18

Coffee presentation and cupping to understand coffee 

Free afternoon for shopping 

Hosted Mezcal tasting in the Colonial courtyard
