Now what?

Everything a participant needs before build day — on one page.

1 · Participation form

First, make it official.

Your group leader emailed you a link — but if it’s lost in the shuffle, start right here. Select your group and trip date, fill out the requested information, then check your email and keep a copy for your records.

2 · Packing list

Nine things. Don't forget the first one.

Your passport is a must — no passport, no build day.

3 · Travel insurance

Strongly urged. Surprisingly cheap.

We strongly urge every volunteer to carry international coverage — Baja Bound cannot cover these expenses. From about $3.30 per person, per day.

Many travel insurance plans may include:
Medical emergencies
Emergency extraction
Personal liability
Lost or damaged luggage
Travel disruptions
Loss of valuable items

Coverage varies by provider and policy. Review your plan carefully before purchasing.
